BBO Old Order Form FAQ

Directions for Using the Old Order Form

  1. Right click the link BBO Online Order Form.
  2. Save the file using "Save Target As..." from the menu, making sure to select a location you will remember.

Tip: After you download the file, save a master copy on your hard drive that is customized for your address and account number.

This document is a Microsoft Excel™ spreadsheet. You will need a program that can open an XLS format file.

How do I send my order to the BBO?

    You can drop the order off in M313 Walters Life Sciences or you can fax the order to 974-0978.

I don't have enough lines for my order, what do I do?

    Simply fill out two order forms and staple together. Label first page "1 of 2" and the next page "2 of 2."

What if I have a different shipping address than M313 Walters Life Sciences?

    You will find that the updated BBO Order form has a place for you to input your off-campus street address, city, state and zip
